The Coomera Colts Soccer Club is projected to become the largest community soccer club on the Gold Coast, with 74 teams and 779 players in the 2024 season.

Coomera is one of the fastest-growing areas in Queensland, but the development of local parks and facilities has not kept pace with the community’s needs.

As a community-based club, the Colts are committed to their vision: “To serve grassroots football, create player pathways, and provide quality experiences for all participants.” Despite their significant contribution to the community, the club lacks a dedicated function space—an essential resource that many community clubs rely on for financial sustainability.

Sport is an integral part of life on the Gold Coast, and clubs like the Coomera Colts deliver immense value to the community. Every member deserves access to facilities that meet their needs and foster growth.

With a thriving junior program, these upgrades will not only enhance participation but also encourage more young people to engage in sport. Providing positive outlets for kids, such as sports, can make a meaningful difference for our community.
